	All pillows shall be mailed via Singapore post office (Singpost). Local Mailing fee is free unless pillow is bigger then standard sizing (15" x 5.5"). Mailing Duration Mailing will be done on within 3 working day. Customers can expect to receive their purchases on the following week after payment. Exchange & Refunds Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased or the product does not fit you or your baby, you can return the item to us for refund or exchange within 7 days (or as specified by individual product) of receiving the item. Free gifts are required to be returned otherwise chargeable to buyer.
