Products from GlynnisBaby are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty (if any).
No other warranties are expressed or implied.

Pricing
Prices are net price in Singapore dollar (S$). No discounts will be given unless shown on our webpage or during special promotions.

Delivery Services
Refer to delivery section on local delivery and collection.
Deliveries out of Singapore will be charged according to the Singpost (www.singpost.com.sg) shipment rates.

Payment Processing
We accept bank transfer (DBS and POSB), cash-on-delivery and paypal only.

Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is canceled due to the unavailability of products or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
Other cancellations are based on a case to case basis.

Orders Confirmation
We will send an electronic confirmation on the availabilities of the product to the customer within 3 working days.

Exchange & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased or the product does not fit you or your baby, you can return the item to us for refund or exchange within 7 days (or as specified by individual product) of receiving the item. Free gifts are required to be returned otherwise chargeable to buyer.
